You won’t see a lovelier pair of lions than these – pure bliss captured on video

It's heartwarming to see how this couple takes care of each other.

Unsurprisingly, the internet is melting at the sight of the following footage: lions caring for each other with such tenderness that almost enviable.

Very social animals

As we have written about it before, the lion is the most social of all wild cat species. African lions live in prides, which consist of females, the offsprings and some males. About 15 animals live together. Young males may stay with the pack until maturity, when they are about 2-3 years old, after which they leave to form their own group.

In contrast, in the case of Asiatic lions, males live alone, with no more than three of them living together, and only females form prides. They mate only during the mating season.
